2017 Formula 4 Italian Championship
Adria Italian F4 Preview
he Prema team is ready to go back on-track for the next round of their busy Formula 4 program this weekend at Adria.
The Italian squad will line-up with two drivers in the second round of the Italian Formula 4 Championship after the successful run experienced last weekend in the German series at Oschersleben. The twisty Italian venue will welcome teams and drivers back after the month-long break from the Misano opener held at the beginning of April. Representing Prema will be the Ferrari Driver Academy pairing of Marcus Armstrong ed Enzo Fittipaldi.
Currently sitting sixth in overall points, the New Zealander is eager for more success after fighting for podiums at Misano but facing hard luck at Oschersleben. Running in the full Italian series, young Brazilian Enzo Fittipaldi left a strong impression at his debut and heads into Adria as the rookie championship leader. As well as the whole team, he is looking forward to another great weekend in Italy.
Angelo Rosin - Team Principal
“The results we scored in the German championship cheered us up quite a bit and we are now ready to be back in our home series to fight for wins. We feel prepared and motivated. We expect good showings from the two Ferrari Driver Academy drivers, Marcus Armstrong and Enzo Fittipaldi. Marcus was unlucky in Germany but clearly has the potential needed to fight at the top, while Enzo, who is mainly focusing on the Italian championship, has left a strong impression at Misano and is ready to do it all again in Adria.”
